Welcome to Gryphon Bricks™ 1.0 Demonstration Version!
Gryphon Bricks 1.0 is the first virtual construction toy for kids 5-105. Ever wanted to create your own space station, sky scraper or concept car? If you can imagine it, you can create it with Gryphon Bricks. Bricks features both a kids (ages 5-10) and adult (we call them “older kids”) interface. The kids version features easy-to-click buttons, fun sounds associated with each function, and several backgrounds to choose from to put behind creations. The “Older Kids” interface has all the features offered in the Kids interface, but includes more sophisticated functions, like multi-view options and the ability to print out blueprints of creations to build real world models.
This is an almost completely functional version of Gryphon Bricks 1.0 for Macintosh but is limited to only 4 different bricks and cannot save or print documents. The full 1.0 version also provides the following:
• Over 300 different types of bricks
• 61 sample documents
• Full AppleScript support
• Over 40 AppleScripts accessable from within the program (providing animation and utilities)
• Background images
• Drag-and-Drop support
• Printing of a document, a parts list, or building instructions
• Balloon Help and AppleGuide
• PowerMac Native
To use this demo, you will need a color capable Macintosh, System 7.1 or later, about 4 megabytes of RAM total (2 megabytes for Bricks), and a hard disk with a few megabytes available.
